Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled up until the manufacturing process. If the Material has been formed and the order is in process, the order can not be cancelled. A 10% fee is taken from total refunded amount to cover costs of transactions due to credit card processing rates.
Modification Policy
Orders can be modified BEFORE the order has begun the manufacturing process. Holsters require the final assembly to be added to the blocking/ manufacturing process to be able to make holsters a certain way. Some modifications can change the entire design/ appearance of the holster.
Ordering Items Not Listed On Website
This is happening a lot lately and i just dont understand it. If you order a Holster for Flashlight A and request flashlight Z that is not listed in the dropdown menu, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please reach out first to see if I either Have that Light in house to use, or I plan on Purchasing that light
